Job Description:
Administrative : purchases of overall stationeries, staff welfare related activities such as uniform, PPE management, long service awards , staff recreational activities, annual event.
Provide all aspects of administrative tasks in claims such as insurance and workmanship claims.
Building facilities: facilitate and control in facilities management, cleanliness, manage outsourcing cleanings and maintenance to ensure safe environment for employees
Visitors/Guest transportation and management of training/ meeting tea-breaks and lunch.
Perform general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning administrative and facilities, performance appraisals/managing on vendors and terminations.
Act as the administrator for leave management and provide support to employees
Personnel handling the workpass and foreign workers work permits.
Assist hotel booking and travel arrangements handling for directors.
Provide secretarial support to directors.
Any ad-hoc tasks assign by the superior.
Job Requirements:
At least 8 years of direct experience in General office administrative function
Exposure to international management methodology
Good command of written and spoken English
