Our client is an MNC with a regional headquarters located in Singapore. This position is to support their Managing Director with the following duties:
Responsibilities
Organise diaries and scheduling of appointments
Arrange flight bookings, accommodation, itineraries and visas for travel related matters
Provide secretarial and administrative support
Handle phone calls, confidential documents and reimbursements
Facilitate company meetings and events
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, meeting agendas and other business correspondences
Any other assigned administrative duties and projects
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification
Minimum 3 years of related work experience supporting senior management executive/s
Independent, resourceful with good interpersonal skills
Clear communicator with strong writing skills
Organised and meticulous
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
