Responsibilities:
- Attend customers' enquiries & complaints
- Handle contract and shipping documents
- Prepare shipping documents ( import, export invoice/packing list/D/O order, insurance documents, inspection certificates)
- Working closely with Suppliers, Sales & Operations department
- Coordination between internal offices / agents & clients (freight forwarders, insurance company and banks)
- Monitor of shipments and update clients on shipping schedule
- Ensure on-time delivery to local and overseas customers
- Data entry of shipment information for various department and update all related filing and procedures
- Manage Inventory management, pricing and payments
- Provide admin support to the Marketing team
Requirements
- Min GCE 'O' / 'A' or Diploma in Shipping, Logistics & Operations Management / other related studies
- Min 1 -3 years of working experience in customer service or similar capacity (preferably from a manufacturing/freight forwarding background)
- Experience in handling shipping documents ( familiar in incoterms), L/C negotiation, freight Forwarding/logistics experience preferred
- Good communication, team-player and interpersonal skills, diligent, proactive and positive disposition
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel
