Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibility:
Handle volume and complex enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Multi-task, and promptly update case logs into the CRM system
Understand customers mindset really well
Generate leads by actively promoting the right products to our customers

Requirements:
We want people love providing answers and solutions to others. Besides that, you should have:
A general Degree or Diploma in any field
Keen interest in customer servicing
2 years of servicing / call centre(Bank) / Insurance experience, will be an added advantage
