Pre-Sales Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works deals assigned to the sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit.
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the clients' and the firm.
Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the clients' firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
Provide traning and professional development to Sales, Distributors and Ressellers in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineer or a related discipline.
Minimum of 6 years experience in a pre and post-sales support role including minimum of 3 years’ experience with understanding of document management technology.
Excellent written communications and presentation skills.
Role is more focused on sales rather than technical.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, perform well under deadlines.
Teamwork: Is a must for leveraging the knowledge and the experience.
This role would require the incumbent to travel.

At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
