Responsibilities:
Leading a team to design, develop, implement and maintain hosted infrastructure providing wireless managed services to medium to large enterprise clients
Demonstrable experience and capability in leading a technical team of multi discipline skillset
Formalize and implement product engineering & development framework and processes to launch new products and services of new technologies complementing with wireless services
Keep abreast and up to date of new products and technologies in relevant field of services
Provide level 4 technical support and escalations to delivery and operations team for client or hosted infrastructure related issues
Lead technical authority to endorse new products or services via PoC and technical evaluation and collaborating with Product BU on new business strategies
Technical SME support to Bid, Technical Pre-Sales and all other bid stakeholders when required
Responsible for preparing all technical documentations, service provisioning guide, conduct knowledge transfer to enable provisioning and operations teams on new services launched
Provide support to annual internal audit, ISO certifications audit, security penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
Provide support to annual budget exercise in planning CAPEX and OPEX forecast
Provide guidance and coaching to other junior engineers and knowledge sharing with peers
Requirement:
Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems from a recognized institution
10 years or more technical hands-on experience and leading implementation and/or management of large scale enterprise networks infrastructure of regional or global outreach
Mandatory to have sound experience in deployment of large scale wireless network and experienced in structured cabling especially in complex environment
Proficient in knowledge of internet routing protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, OSFP, BGP, MPLS/VPN, GRE/IPSEC, D/QoS
Experienced in security architecture and management of UTM appliances such as firewalls and its security features of IPS, IDS, DPI, AV, Anti-Spoof, DoS/DDoS etc.
Experienced in managing networks and system architecture of large scale multi-vendor infrastructure comprising of network routers, switches, tools and appliances, Linux & Windows servers, virtual machines, SAN, cloud services and technologies
Experienced in system architecture on proxy, LDAP, RADIUS, DNS, DHCP, and OSS tools
Technical certifications such as CCNP/CCDP/CCIE, CISSP, NSE, MCSE, CDCP, VCP, RHCSA and any other equivalent certifications
Proficient in good communications skills and handling all internal and external stakeholders
Adept in developing technical architecture, design and in-depth technical documentations and reporting, including responses to bids
Proficient in development of Engineering framework using industry best practices and formalizing Engineering standard templates on infrastructure provisioning, O&M, security, audit and compliance
Demonstrating good ability to innovate to resolve complex technical or customer solution design issues
Experienced in cost modeling on product development to craft cost effective technical solutions
Proficient in managing 3rd party suppliers and principal vendors in technical engagements on POC testing and solution sourcing
Provide support in vendor negotiations for cost effective solutions
