Job Description:
Conduct market research and maintain fact files on competitors and the industry
Conduct analysis using excel to do financial modeling and analysis on returns etc in conjunction
Complete NDA templates / other legal documents
Complete the first round of assesment for the strategic fit of enquiries before presenting to MD
Preparing due diligence reports
Produce Investment Memo for prospect including summary of company background, financials, investment highlights
Work with advisors during due diligence phase, support them on site, perform own prelim due diligence and prepare financial outlook and model
Prepare long form Investment Memo for Investment Committee
Job Requirements:
Able to travel on short notice (approximately 20% of the time)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Strong excel and financial modelling skills
At least 3 years of experience in M&A
