Job dimensions:
The job holder is responsible for all activities relating to IDs & access management. He/ she to follow all operational activities for SRT and ensuring that all existing SLA/KPI are met. He/ She has to follow and close all escalation from customer.
Proximity Support, Level 2+ and VIP support.
Project Manager for small and medium projects.
SRT Team SLA and KPI monitoring
Vendor management, Tasks Implementations and Change request coordination

Accountability
To follow strictly to IAM standard operating procedures when performing the day-to-day operation.
To adhere strictly to client's corporate regulations and policies.
Ensure that all USU projects follow client's Security and safety referential.
Ensure that all USU operation respects the client's group security and safety referential especially to those pertaining to installation of software, user access and control.
Minimum IT Diploma holder with 2-3 years similar working experience related to identity & access management.
Experience negotiating with vendor (mobile) contracts.
Matrix management experience with global teams.
Ability to work both independently and work well as a team player.
Ability to independently multi-task.
Proficient knowledge on Remedy, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, windows operating systems, MSOffice tools & scripting (preferred).
