Communications Manager

The Company:
The Company is one of the largest real estate firms in Asia, based and listed in Singapore.

The Role:
You will be a member of a team responsible for strategic and tactical corporate communications
efforts for The Company, supporting the business needs of the Group’s shopping mall business in
Singapore and the region. Your scope of work includes publicity, media relations, issues
management, event management and corporate marketing.

The Responsibilities:
Support the team in developing PR strategies, story angles and media collateral e.g. news releases, speeches; handle media requests for information; and assist with media management at corporate events and briefings
Arrange and manage public appearances and interviews for spokespersons
Arrange and co-ordinate media tours
Monitor key media, provide daily summaries and generate coverage reports
Monitor relevant social media platforms and generate social media tracking reports and populate contents on Group-owned social media platforms
Provide support for the event management of media briefings, corporate events and corporate marketing campaigns.
Provide administrative support to corporate communications department such as making travel arrangements and scheduling internal and external meetings
Assist in adhoc department projects and initiatives as and when assigned

The Requirements:
Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Arts
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an established public relations agency or a similar role in a multi-national company
Excellent written and verbal skills, effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with both local and counterparts in China
Creative thinker with strong project management skills and an eye for details
Self-motivated and independent, with a high level of energy and commitment
Able to work and deliver under tight timelines
