Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive (Shipping)

Responsibilities:
Handle partial to full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
Preparation and submission of consolidation reports
Prepare GST/Statement returns, data-entry and filing
Preparation of invoice and payment
Liaise with agents on revenue and expenses issues
Ensure accurate and timely billing, update of receipts in system
Assist in preparation of management report
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Superiors

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or similar accounting qualification
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ accounting experience
Preferably with working experience from Shipping industry
Able to work independently as well as a good team player
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
