Job Descriptions:
Lead and coach a team of Sales Coordinators
Assess Sales Coordinator’s performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Review and streamline the administrative processes and flow between ISG and SSC
Review and improvise reporting formats
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Monitor inventory of office supplies, maintain the department assets list and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Maintain the LMS portal and coordinate the trainings for ISG
Coordinate reports for Monthly Management Meeting
Any other assigned tasks

Job Requirements:
Proven experience as administration manager in an MNC company with at least S$100m revenue
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skills
Able to work independently and think on its feet
BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
Knowledge of SAP is a MUST
