Operational Logistics Assistant

Job description:
Process daily processing and shipment coordination
Communicate and follow up with customers on their shipment status
Liaising with customers and vendors
To provide support to customers in order to achieve customer satisfaction and retention
Work closely with internal operations to meet customers’ requirements
Ensure prompt arrangement of cargoes

Job Requirements:
GCE 'N/ O' Level with Min 2 years of relevant working experience
Preferably with experience in the marine logistics industry
Experience in monitoring vessel movements, shipyard deliveries preferred
Cheerful, outgoing and energetic personality Independent and a team player and willing to learn
Location: Tanjong pagar
Mon to Fri (8am - 5pm), Sat (8am - 12 pm)
Able to start work immediately
