Inside Sales Executive

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a "O" Level, any field.
Those with sales experience or love to do sales are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with strong call centre work experience are also welcomed to apply
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (no OT is required)

Job scope:
To deal with inbound and outbound calls
To provide adequate and appropriate client advisory on IT products for clients.
Manages company’s Live Chat on a planned duty roster.
Use CRM to document all customer opportunities and customer activity.
Ensure monthly sales target achievement.
Product and sales technique training and coaching will be provided
