Admin Assistant

Job Descriptions:
Coordinate inbound and outbound order and shipment processes
Coordinate Nonconforming Material process
Enter, modify, and maintain requirements and order information in Company system
Review customer purchase order terms and requirements, and ensure they are communicated to relevant teams
Other ad-hoc administration duties

Job Requirements:
Outstanding customer service skills
Attention to detail
Strong communication skill
Organized
Flexible and Adaptable
Problem solver
Ability to multitask
Strong conflict management skills
Familiar with complex ERP systems
Will need someone who is very good with Excel (eg.Pivot table ad Vlookup)
Location: Joo Koon
Working hours: Mon-Thur: 8pm to 6pm , Fri: 8pm to 5pm (5 days work week)
