Accountant

Job Description:
Post all receipts such as cash, credit cards etc
Ensure all receipts are recorded accordingly
Submission of monthly net sales to all Landlords of the Stores
AR Aging and Reconciliation
Post all AP related invoices and staff reimbursements
Ensure payments are recorded and paid accordingly
Ensure all invoices, payments and staff reimbursements are properly approved
Check staff reimbursement to ensure they are claimed in accordance with the Company's Policy
Generate and check on Sales data for the computation of Sales commission & incentives
AP Reconciliation
Ensure all sales are posted ie. No sales audit errors
Daily Sales update
Ensure all records are filed and kept in order
Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules & closing reports
Assist in monitoring of compliance with internal controls
Assist in year end audit and tax queries

Job Qualifications:
A diploma/degree in Accountancy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Excel & experience in SAP accounting software
Good time management and able to meet reporting deadline
